CUSTOM ORDERS

What's the difference between Line Art, Block Art and Colour and Lines Art?
Line Art is an outline of your photo only. Block Art is when the photo is filled with colour. Colour and Lines Art is when both illustrations are created separately, then combined.

How long do custom orders take?
We will have your custom order created within 3-5 business days.

How do I upload my photo?
Before adding a custom product to your cart, you will be prompted to upload your photograph.

Can I combine more than 1 photo?
We can usually merge two or more seperate photos to create one illustration. You can attach multiple photos when placing your order, and we will contact you if we are unable to merge them. Alternatively, you can email us at hello.fikafika@outlook.com to discuss prior to placing your order.

Is my photo ok to use?
Full body photos, or photos with a fair amount of detail work best. Selfies and close up pics will not work. Only a few lines/blocks of colour would be included and this is difficult to ensure the pictures look personalised.

Make sure your photo is not blurry so that we can easily include the required amount of detail. If you need to use a screenshot, we can usually make this work, however pictures taken on your camera work best.

If we can't use your chosen photo for any reason, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of using a different picture, or a refund. You can always contact us at hello.fikafika@outlook.com including your chosen photo prior to placing your order, to confirm if it is suitable quality.

I ordered a digital file, how will I receive it?
If you have ordered a Digital File, your finished portrait will be emailed directly to you as a PDF. This can be printed any size, from A6 - A1. Make sure to check your junk/spam inbox, as sometimes our emails end up there.

Can I include pets?
Yes! We specialise in people and pets. However, objects and scenery can also be included upon request.

Can I include facial features?
Unfortunately we can't add facial features such as eyes, nose, mouth etc. We will, however, add facial hair/beards if we feel it is a defining feature.

Can I choose a specific colour scheme?
Yes! When adding a custom product to your cart, you will be asked three questions. You can leave us any specific requests there, including colour schemes.

Do you have gift cards?
Yes! You can shop gift cards here.

Can I customise a print?
Yes! You can add customisation to prints (e.g. add a name to a Zodiac Print, change the title of a Quote Print from 'Dear Grandma' to 'Dear Nana'). Contact us here to discuss any requests you have.

Do you create logos?
Yes! Please contact us here and we can discuss what you are looking for.

I ordered a digital file, how will I receive it?

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Express shipping is available for $16.20.

How long does shipping take?
Australia Post usually deliver within 4-7 business days after dispatch if you select regular post, or 1-2 business days if you select Express Post.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do offer Digital Files that can be printed yourself. These are available world-wide.

What is your turn around time?
All custom orders are created and dispatched within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Pre-made prints are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days.

RETURNS

Can I return my order and get a refund?
As our products are hand-made, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will continue to work with you until you are 100% happy.

What if my order was damaged upon arrival?
Our custom packaging ensures safety during transit, however if your order does happen to arrive damaged, please email us at hello.fikafika@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photos of the damage attached.
